According to one urban legend this term originates from a time when horse sellers would cram a lemon up a sick horse’s rear. This way the lemon would make the horse perk up when the new owner inspects it.

We agree that this term sounds really bad. But have you heard about the expression – flaming lemon?
You are now probably having a hard time understanding this. How is that even possible?
Everything will be clear when you see the video that was posted on a YouTube channel called NorthSurvival. You have already heard about many strange things being done with fruits. However lighting a blaze with a citrus is a totally new concept.
For doing this breathtaking experiment you will not be needing much. All you need to do to create this lemon blaze is some zinc or copper nails, a wire, a steel wool and a material that ignites easily.
This amazing chemical reaction occurs immediately after the construction. The wires will generate the electricity. Therefore as soon as you touch them to the steel wool (or you can kindle them if you want), you will get a nice fire in no time!
